Last year, we could not spell Oppenheim nor had any interest in knowing how to pronounce it. With three seasons under their belt, the reality show Selling Sunset on Netflix, has made Oppenheim the buzzworthy name it has become today.

Selling Sunset is centered around The Oppenheim Group, a real estate brokerage office where agents navigate through their professional and personal lives. We are introduced into the life of affluent buyers in Los Angeles’ most elite neighborhoods where houses can have price tags of up to $75 million. The show highlights luxurious amenities like infinity pools, sunsets behind the famous LA skyline, and perfectly put together interiors. The properties are not the only hype. There is a wealth of drama and impeccable fashion looks throughout each episode. Agents Amanza, Chrishell, Christine, Mary, and Maya know first hand the need for walk-in closets requested by their celebrity clients. Rumor Has It | Spoiler Alert in 3..2..1

After season 3 ended with the devastating news of Chrishell’s divorce with ex-husband Justin Hartley, we found out Davina Potratz announced she was splitting with The Oppenheim Group and the show for season 4, to join Douglas Elliman. Talking with People, Davina said “It’s not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity.” Targeted as Season 3 villain, Davina was an on-again off-again cast member, who caused controversy by commenting that Jason, the founder, showed favoritism with co-star Mary. Although in a statement, Jason told People “Davina has always been a tremendous asset and a valued agent at the Oppenheim Group.”

Netflix has not confirmed a Season 4 will be in the future and cast members have shared that they have not started shooting due to the pandemic. Promising news! Selling Sunset is one of the top 10 shows on Netflix making a new season seem like a possibility! Will you miss Davina in Season 4?

Finally some good news for 2020! On July 25th, Tarek El Moussa proposed to Heather Rae Young exactly one year since the first date. The Flip or Flop star hired a private boat cruise sailing around Catalina Island California and surprised Heather with a glam team to pamper her for this special day. Heather is highlighting the special day and confirmed to E! News the entire proposal was filmed by HGTV! There has been no announcement when it will air. As for the dress, she has a little time. Due to the pandemic, Heather and Tarek want to have no interruptions for the special day but do plan to be married within the upcoming year. Taking to Instagram, Heather is letting us join the wedding dress fittings. Heather shared multiple alternatives with 3D embellished lace and a variety of hem details. Although, the “yes” dress is still a mystery. Do you think we have a wedding for season 4 season finale?!?
